Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of savallio.com, including joining the provider waitlist and claiming a founding provider account. The site is operated by Savallio, Inc., referred to here as Savallio. The terms are short and written to be read.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this site, joining the waitlist, or claiming a founding provider account, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What this site is

This site describes Savallio, operates the founding provider program, and publishes reference content. The Savallio app is in development and is not available today. Nothing on this site moves money, holds funds, or processes payments.

Content on this site, including the knowledge base, is general information, not legal advice. Knowledge base pages describe what cited state government sources said as of their verification dates. Laws change. Confirm anything that matters with the source itself or with a licensed professional.

Accounts and founding provider accounts

Joining the waitlist or claiming a founding provider account is free, requires no payment method, and creates no obligation to buy anything. A claim reserves founding status; it is not a purchase. You agree to submit accurate information about yourself and your business, and to hold one account per person or business.

Savallio is opening 888 founding provider accounts. They are capped and they are not reissued.

Founding providers receive permanent founding status on the account, first access to the Savallio app when it ships, and referral links that pass founding status to their own network. Founding accounts are free for the first 12 months after the app goes live. After that, a founding rate, locked permanently. If a founding account is released or deleted, its account number is retired and never issued again.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site. No automated or scripted claiming of founding accounts, no submitting another person's information as your own, no attempts to bypass rate limiting, and no interference with the site's operation. We may decline or release accounts created in violation of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the Savallio name and marks belong to Savallio. Knowledge base pages quote and cite state government sources, which belong to their publishers. You are welcome to link to anything on this site.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we do not promise that the app will ship by any particular date. Statements about the app describe what is planned.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Savallio's total liability arising from this site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
