Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information Savallio collects on savallio.com, how it is used, how long it is kept, and the choices you have. It is written to match what the site actually does, and it changes when the site does.

This site is operated from the United States and is directed at people in the United States.

Information you give us

The only personal information we hold is what you type into a form on this site. There is no login, no payment collection, and nothing for sale on this site today.

The provider form collects your first and last name, your email address, your company name, the industries you work in, your zip code, your average job size, and your average jobs per month. We use your zip code to derive your state for launch planning. All fields are required.

Claiming a founding provider account collects the same fields, plus a record that you agreed to these terms and the time you agreed. A successful claim creates a founding account record that includes a permanent account number and a referral code. If you arrived through another provider's referral link, the record also notes that provider's code, so referral records connect the account that shared a link with the account that used it.

If a public founding provider registry launches, appearing on it by name will require a separate, explicit opt-in. No such consent has been collected to date, and no member information has been published.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. It receives event names, page paths, and the technical information Google collects by default, such as IP address, browser, and device type. We strip form values, email addresses, and referral codes from every event before it is sent, so nothing you type into a form reaches Google Analytics. You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

The site sets two cookies of its own. If you arrive through a referral link, a cookie holds the six-character referral code for 30 minutes so a claim can credit the referring provider, and it is cleared once the claim is submitted. A second cookie lasts two minutes and prevents a duplicate analytics event. Google Analytics sets its own cookies, described in Google's documentation. Because this site is directed at the United States, it does not display a cookie consent banner.

When you submit a form, your IP address is used for rate limiting. It is transformed with a salted one-way hash before anything is stored, the stored value cannot be reversed back into your address, and the record expires after ten minutes. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes standard request logs, including IP address and browser information, to serve the site.

How the information is used

Form information is used to plan the launch: which industries and areas to open first, and how to size the platform for the jobs providers actually run. Founding account records are used to operate the founding program itself: the account numbers, the referral links, and first access when the app ships. Nothing you submit is used for advertising.

Who else processes it

Your information is processed by the infrastructure this site runs on: Google Firebase, which stores form submissions in the United States on Google Cloud's nam5 multi-region, Google Analytics, Vercel, which hosts the site, and Resend, which delivers the emails we send you. Each acts as a service provider processing data on our behalf.

We do not sell your information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we will not add you to a marketing list. The only emails we will ever send you are transactional: confirmations and account notices about your own account, never promotions. This restates the promise printed under the form, and it binds us.

How long it is kept

Form submissions and founding account records are kept while the founding program and the launch they support are active. Rate limiting records are written to expire after ten minutes, and claim processing records are written to expire twenty-four hours after processing completes.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you by emailing support@savallio.com from the address you signed up with, and we will send you a copy.

You can ask us to delete your information by emailing support@savallio.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your records. If you delete a founding account, its account number is retired permanently and is never issued to anyone else.

Security

Form submissions travel over HTTPS, data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure, and administrative access is limited. Founding account numbers are assigned server side, never by your browser. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
